You don't always expect it, but it's there.

You said it exactly in your comments. Outstanding.

I'd love to see what you could do with a Leica or a Pentax 645.

Thank you! My god I'd kill for the former, lol! Rangefinders are definitely my thing :)

Yeah...I'd love an M9 Leica. What do you think of the NEX-3 and NEX-5? Seems a good idea but I'm worried that they'll never come up with more lens choices.

They're both great cameras, the concept that drove them to creation is pretty impressive. I mean, an interchangeable compact? Now that is neat on so many levels! Though personally I prefer the Lumix GF2, ever since I got the G10 for my 18th I've been hooked on anything Panasonic :P

The DMC-G3 has grand potential as well, compact-sized AND with a built-in viewfinder for a change (a rarity in the 21st century?)

I love it, it's simple and elegant. And the colour are so calming. It looks like a painting. Good job :)

Thank you! I've always seen photography as an artform first and foremost, no different from painting or drawing. Technical and unartistic photographers do tend to drive my nut in, thank god we and most other deviant artists are neither

I actually thought it was really intresting that when photography was created, painters stopped trying to copy life, and started interpreting it, saying they were not 'copying life'. whereas Photography started comming up with cool ways to portray life saying they weren't just 'copying life'. So photography really helped art kick off and evolve. The Painters felt threatened by the photographers and the photographers felt threatened by the painters. I haven't studied the history of art and photography so my facts might be a little iffy but I'm pretty sure my facts are right :P. If not must tell me. ha ha ha you probably know all this. Sorry fir ranting. :P

Anyway, It's a great work! I really like it. See you around.

What you're saying does have a point, a darned good one too! Most paintings before photography were stiff and boring anyways, plus most of the painters in those days were upper-class jerks :P
To the ones who developed from the very start, I salute them
